Speaking about their decision to become official supporters, Vanda Caetano, Customer Service Director of Mudum said, “On behalf of Mudum Seguros, I would like to express our full support for the Charter of Road Traffic Victims’ Rights. We consider the protection and rights of accident victims to be of utmost importance, and we believe this initiative is a crucial step toward ensuring that all those affected by such events receive the necessary support.
“Through our experience in the insurance sector, we understand the complexity and challenges faced by road accident victims. That is why we are committed to actively collaborating to ensure that the guidelines of the Charter are implemented and respected, guaranteeing that the rights of victims are always protected,” Ms. Caetano concluded.
The Charter of Road Traffic Victims’ Right is a set of ideals that seeks to ensure the victims of road traffic accidents receive the best possible assistance. It is aimed at those involved in the compensation of road traffic victims and is a joint initiative of COB, the Institute for European Traffic Law (IETL) and the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE).
Ultimately, the Charter hopes to benefit all those who could be impacted by road traffic accidents.
