Imperial Claims Services has become an official supporter of the Charter of Road Traffic Victims' Rights

ICS “stands with all those working to bring compassion” to claims’ process

Imperial Claims Services (ICS) say they stand “with all those working to bring compassion” to the claims process. They made their comments as they became an official supporter of the Charter of Road Traffic Victims’ Rights.

The Charter was established to act as a ‘code of conduct’ for all those involved in compensation of road traffic victims. Inspired by the UN’s ‘Universal Declaration of Human Rights’, the Charter was developed over several years through a collaboration between COB, IETL and the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE). The Charter text includes 10 core principles, all aimed at providing an ethos of care and clarity to the victims of road traffic accidents.

Established in 1971, Imperial Claims Services stands as one of Southeast Europe’s most experienced and trusted claims management providers. With offices in Greece, Romania, and Albania, and partnerships across Europe, Imperial supports insurers and corporate clients in managing complex and cross-border claims, guided by principles of integrity, innovation, and accountability.

Speaking about why they decided to become an official supporter of the Charter of Road Traffic Victims’ Rights, Dionysis Tzanis, Co-Founder and Lawyer with Imperial Claims Services said, “Every road victim deserves not only compensation but also recognition, respect, and support throughout their recovery journey. By endorsing the Charter of Road Traffic Victims’ Rights, Imperial Claims Services stands with all those working to bring compassion and justice into the claims process.”
