Dr. Martin Metzler, former Vice President of the Institute for European Traffic Law (IETL) was one of the key instigators of the Charter of Road Traffic Victims Rights.
We thought who better to help answer some of the key questions about the Charter than the man who has been described as the “father of the idea” for the Charter.
Martin was also heavily involved in drafting the Charter, through his involvement with COB and the Institute for European Traffic Law (IETL).
